How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12 PM are usually shipped the same day. Orders after 12 PM ship the next day. Delivery typically takes 4–5 days across India, depending on your location.

What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once jewellery is delivered. The exception is if your order arrives damaged or defective — an unboxing video is mandatory for us to process the claim.
